Carolyn previously practiced immigration law as an Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, United States Department of Homeland Security. She represented the Government in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals. She also provided legal advice to field operations and provided litigation advice and support to Assistant United States Attorneys and Office of Immigration Litigation in matters involving immigration law. At APACC, our goal is to be the bridge that connects businesses and other organizations together. Our programs will be developed, implemented and staffed by individuals who are culturally and linguistically skilled to ensure participation from diverse backgrounds.
