BAMBUZA is modern Vietnamese fare that blends the traditional flavors and textures of Asia with fresh, locally produced ingredients in chic, contemporary surroundings. Enjoy a leisurely lunch on the sidewalk patio or an intimate dinner under the sensual glow of silk lanterns. Convenient to the Paramount, Fifth Avenue, and ACT Theatres, Convention Center, downtown shopping, and performance halls, Bambuza is open for lunch and dinner. Painted in mouthwatering hues reminiscent of ripe papaya and intensified lemongrass, the family envisioned a space that was as artistically engaging to eyes as the cuisine was to the palate. At night, the warm, sensual glow from the imported Vietnamese silk lanterns that drop dramatically from the high ceilings set the mood for intimate gatherings and festive occasions. Bambuza also offers beer, wine, and a full bar. ----- Lunch Monday ~ Saturday 11:00AM - 3:00PM ----- Happy Hours Monday ~ Saturday 3:00PM - 6:00PM ----- Dinner Monday ~ Saturday 4:00PM - 9:00PM ----- Sunday Closed ----- Website: www.bambuza.com
